Would lymphoma cause like just one or 2 palpable nodes or like many through out neck and head? or if all over would it be more like lupus?

Likely Lymphoma: It is less likely that lupus gives pts enlarged lymph nodes. One or two lymph nodes or multiple is common in lymphomas (hodgkin may give less number and larger nodes?).
