Only if you're good!: That is to say, good at interpretation of scans. I assume from your question that this was an early measurement, and you just missed one or two periods. If so, it will take an expert radiologist to see the developing fetus. You will be able to see a lot more after 4 or 5 months, and it doesn't look much like your baby for about 7 months. Nothing is 100% in medicine.
