My endodonist did retreatment root canal and a few days later i woke up with swollen cheek could this be from him not allowing it to drain properly?

Retreatment: You need to call your dentist and let him know. You may have an infection. In most cases you are given an antibiotic after a root canal is done.

An endodontist is bound by what we call "standard of care" they are morally and legally obligated to provide quality care that meets or exceeds good clinical practice in your area. It is not in your best interest or theirs to do substandard work.
