May be muscle: tension headache. Try ice to back of head and neck and gentle stretching. If not improving see your doctor.

See your dr. : You could have developed an infection despite taking antibiotics. I would go see your physician or dentists ASAP, root canal related infections can be quite serious. There are lots of places bacteria can invade in the skull and causes abscesses. Hope you get better soon.

Pain: May or may not be related to your root canal treatment. Please call the Dentist or specialist Endodontists and explain your symptoms. He/she may want to see you for a reevaluation, may prescribe an additional course of antibiotics, etc.
