Yes but expensive: Yes but you'd have to get sperm from your testicle. If you haven't had surgery yet you can donate and save it. If you have had it they can harvest sperm from the testis and perform icsi. A fertility specialist would do it. @thepeedoc www.Peedoc.Com.
