Get GYN exam: It is possible that you actually were pregnant and your prolonged bleeding was a spontaneous abortion. This would explain the negative HCG test (nothing is producing the hormone anymore) while you still have residual pregnancy symptoms. Either way, prolonged bleeding should be investigated by your doctor
