Annovulation: You may not have ovulated yet and this is usually associated with missed or late period and cramping. However, I would have your provider do a blood pregnancy test in a couple days as it is more accurate less likely to have a false negative than urine. If this problem recurs often, you may need hormonal assistance or a birth control pill
