See a doctor: You may need an ultrasound. You most likely have anovulatory amenorrhea and may need Progesterone therapy.

Home pregnancy tests: Are quite accurate. Multiple negative tests make pregnancy extremely unlikely. You may have a hormone imbalance. Please see your doctor for a full history of physical and appropriate laboratory blood tests. Further evaluation with a pelvic ultrasound may also be useful.
