Stress test, etc.: Your patient should have a stress test looking for inducible ischemia and/or symptoms, an echo for ejection fraction & evaluation for heart failure with history, exam, and cxr. If everything is negative/favorable, prognosis is good & activity can be unrestricted. He should be treated to optimize risk factors: smoking, htn, lipids. Treat with aspirin, statin, and a beta blocker. Encourage exercise.

This is also: A common false positive on ekg. Echocardiogram & possible stress test may be indicated.
