Abn EKG: The septum is the wall separating the 2 ventricles.Infarct means heart attack But the machine's reading at times is not quite accurate, we see "septal infarct " not uncommonly and it is not there. Non specific t wave abnormalities means the t waves a a bit off, also a common occurance. To check for MI get echo ro gated nuclear study. Without seeing EKG hard to diagnosis. f/u/ w/ cardiology
