Yes, but look deeper: One can have two personality disorders, they aren't "mutually exclusive". However you may consider looking deeper at some treatable cause of these symptoms. For example an untreated anxiety disorder or bipolar disorder can sometimes present with these types of issues, and both of these can be treated more easily than a personality disorder!
