Balanced diet: Energy drinks are a bad idea, good you are not using those. A diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains; low in saturated fats; no tobacco; no more than one drink a day; and regular exercise. Not an easy task but cheaper and safer than energy drinks.
