Not an allergy: Stomach cramps suggest lactose intolerance (LI) which develops when the small intestine does not make enough lactase, the enzyme needed to digest the lactose found in dairy products. Symptoms include nausea, diarrhea, cramps, bloating & gas. Your icon suggests you are black; LI is much more common in those of African descent. Limit lactose containing foods and try lactase enzymes or drops.
