Lower back and lower abdominal pain, sometimes feel nauseated. pain comes and goes. took pt but neg. doctor said wait another wk and retest.

Few possibilities.: R/o normal pregnancy, r/o ectopic pregnancy- prenancy in places other than the inside of uterus like fallopian tube, ovary. Also r/o ureteric colic from stone disease, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cysts, torsion of normal ovary, torsion of ovary with ovarian cysts/mass, deivericulitis of intestines, especially large intestine, gas colic from constipation.Uti also can cause pain lower abdomen.
