UTI: You might have a urinary tract infection. You should go see a doctor and give a urine sample. Make sure you keep drinking a lot of water.

DICLEGIS: Diclegis is an anti-nausea agent that has been shown to be safe for the baby in pregnancy. Its basically an anti-histamine combination agent. Regarding the lower abdominal pain, if it is mild I wouldn't worry. It could be gas or constipation. But, if it is severe and progressively severe and/or you have any bleeding, you need to call your OB.

Fetal position: How many weeks are you pregnant? In gestation weeks of 18 weeks or higher it could be fetal position. Hence check with your OB and get checked.
