It means see doctor.: Bleeding from your cough is likely related to the bleeding from your nose but cannot be sure. You should probably see a doc to evaluate for causes of recurrent nasal bleeding.

Agree with Dr.F: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
