Yellowish eyes: If you have normal liver function, then the yellowish tint may be normal for you. The color of an individual's white of the eye can vary. Staying hydrated and using occasional get-the-red-out drops may be helpful. If not, i would just ignore it. If it worsens, you should go see an eye doctor.

Normal variation: A "muddy" sclera or slightly yellow white of the eye is not uncommon in India and Pakistan. If you do not have any other symptoms, you may ignore it. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
