Newborn baby is 22 days age, it's skin is yellow, today dr did a test bilirubin total is 7.0, bilirubin dir. is 1.7 and bilirubin indir.. is 5.3. is this normal or does it require treatment. please hele we don't have access to the medical care. thank?

The site does not provide your location but if I use USA standards the total and indirect are not worrisome at this age. The direct is a bit higher than I would like but I would just retest it in a few weeks. No treatment for the numbers cited would be routine.
