No you can't: You will cause harm to your gums and tooth. You really should let your dentist or hygienist clean off the calculus without harm. Best of luck to you.

Not recommeded: You would have to use the dental scalers a hygienist uses. Unless you have dental training on this you could: 1. Remove gum tissue/ filling 2. Infect yourself by not using a sterile instrument in your mouth leading to cold sores or tetanus. It takes a lot of training to safely enter the mouth with a sharp scaler. As a dentist i woul not consider scaling my one teeth and pay a hygienist to do i.

You shouldn't!: I am an experienced dentist, and i would not try to clean my own teeth. A lot of harm can be caused to your teeth and gums if a cleaning is not done carefully and properly by a trained, licensed, and competent dentist or dental hygienist. Please see a dentist!
