Dental Radiographs: Not sure why you've seen three different dentists... is it one problematic tooth or your entire mouth? Radiation is minimal, but you want to avoid needlessly taking the same films over and over. Have copies made and bring them to your other consultations.

A little late, folks: Prudent thing to do would have been to have the x-ray(s) taken at the 1st Dentist's office duplicated so that you could've taken a copy with you. Yes, radiation is cumulative, but having an x-ray takeoff one area yields no information about another area. Stop looking for a Dentist who will say what you want to hear and instead choose the most competent practitioner.
