A member asked:

How do i remove the cement that the dentist didn't get off on one of the teeth next to a crown i got? can it come off on its own?

Couple of options: It would be easiest to let the dentist do it because the cement we use loves to stick to tooth pretty vehemently. Other possibilities include (in order of danger to yourself) plastic floss picks, tweezers, butter knife, steak knife, cordless drill. It will only take a moment for the dental assistant to pop it off with our specialized metal instruments, but sorry for the inconvenience of it all.

Maybe: It depends on where the cement is and what type of cement it is. Return to your dentist and have it removed.
