How long after a stress test and ecg will it take to get the results?

Minutes to days: The interpretation of the ECG part of the test can be done immediately after the test. If there is a nuclear scan or echocardiogram associated with the test, those parts will take longer. Of course, preparation of a typed report and delivery to the referring doctor will add some time.
