Could be: The good news is your cardiac testing all came back normal, so the odds point to a diagnosis more of anxiety or "heart burn" due to acid reflux/indigestion. Keep seeking medical evaluations for your discomfort and hopefully and answer and treatment will come soon. Best wishes.

Probably: You may need evaluation from pulmonary and GI if symptoms worsen. They can tell you if eveything is ok in the airway and esophagus. You may have esophageal spasm.
