None: Hopefully you should not need to be on any particular diet. You should be eating well balanced meals in order to support your normal growth and development. If you are noting problems with your weight you should be evaluating your intake of junk food. Also you need to exercise- try for an hour a day. Play time counts so try to just get outside and goof off. Just move!
