Diet and exercise: We would need to know your height, and also it would be beneficial to know your current activity level as well. But for an example let us say you are 5'5" and currently sedentary (no regular exercise). Your basal metabolic rate would be 1, 433calories per day which is the number of calories your body burns at rest. Your daily calorie needs would be 1, 720. Eat less than that & exercise more!
