Yes: Many hormones may dwindle through the years. The most commonly known is estrogen decrease causing menopause 48-52yo. Men may experience decreased testosterone levels resulting in fatigue and decreased sexual performance. Thyroid levels may decline with age requiring oral replacement. For argument's sake, Insulin levels may decline contributing to diabetes. Take a blood test if you have concerns.
