I have 1.7 cm complex cyst on one ovary and 1.9 cm paraovarian cyst other side found us last week. no period in 3 years and age 42. all labs and hormone levels normal. should i request for more testing other than follow up us in 6 weeks?

Follow up ultrasound is adequate. A negative or positive marker for ovarian cancer does not make any difference in the diagnosis.
