High calcium: You high calcium (c) and parathyroid (PTH) indicate that your probability for having hyperparathyroidism is quite high. Your PTH would be very low with a c of 10.6 if you did not have it. Get a ultrasound of your PTH glands followed by a sestamibi scan and have your physician refer you for a parathyroidectomy if the scans are positive. If no adenoma of your PTH is found, sensipar is an option.

Hyperparathyroid: This is not normal. A 24 hour urine calcium could be done and then you should see an endocrine surgeon who specializes in treating hyperparathyroidism. They can decide if you need a scan and which one prior to surgery.
