PC, M, V, B: Portion control, moderation, variety, and balance. Portion control means dont supersize or eat double portions. Variety means, chose foods of different colors- like the colors of the rainbow. The govenment suggests, 1/4 plate as protein, 1/4 plate as complex carbs, 1/4 plate as fruits, and 1/4 plate as vegetables.

Easy: 1. Eat every food you like on perticular day. 2. Chane your food whenever you want. 3. But while you are eating, you realize that you can eat 5 more bites, stop. 4. Try it you will like it and will never get fed up.

Follow the following: Exercise most days of the week (aerobic work), eat fruits and vegetables liberally, limit saturated fats, increase fish and fish oil intake, have fiber with each meal, get six to nine hours of sleep nightly, keep your weight in check, don't sweat the small stuff, don't smoke or drink excessively (one or two drinks weekly), don't do drugs, do your health screening.
