Balanced , Healthy D: Your goal should be to maintain a healthy weight by balancing your daily calories. Our bodies need proteins for body repair(eat fish, nuts, and eggs daily and avoid excess of saturated fat(no fried foods) and sugars. Supplement each meal with vegetables and fruits. Exercise daily, a walk is a very good choice. Make sure ( get a blood check) your cholesterol and blood sugar are normal.
