Sleep patterns diet: Evaluating sleep patterns (napping and amount of sleep) as well as the removal of external stimulus (tv, lights, noise) and removing caffeine from evening diet, and no snacking close to bedtime. Melatonin as a natural supplement can help restore sleep cycles. Mild medication such as Diphenhydramine may help. Or see medical professional about stronger prescription hypnotic drugs.
