Can being fat and having moderately high blood pressure lead to plantar fasciitis in both feet?

Plantar fasciitis: It is not a direct cause, but can be an indirect cause. It also may worsen the pain because of the increased load on the feet.

Obesity : Can definately contribute as your feet are responsible for carrying all the weight. Blood pressure would be non contributory.
