Misdiagnosis: That is a hard one. If it were me i would like to be notified so i can learn and hopefully not make the same misdiagnosis in the future. We often never hear when we make an incorrect diagnosis, medicine is not an exact science so we are constantly learning and trying to improve the treatment of our patients
