Stop smoking: Congratulations on stopping smoking cigarettes. Unfortunately, smoking cigars has the same hazards as smoking cigarettes- see http://www.Quitsmokingsupport.Com/cigars.Htm. I strongly urge you to stop smoking cigars. The pain in your head when you cough suggests inflammation. If you don't cough you won't have pain & stopping smoking should reduce coughing, if the cough & pain persists see a doctor.
