When i cough, my head throbs one, hard time about two seconds later. ahy idea why and how to fix it/?

Could be significant: Your presenting syptom is not described in detail---how frequent?How long it last?Does the same happen after you sleep or bend over?---the question has to do with increase pressure of spinal fluid when you cough---i want to rule out chiari malformation or pseudotumour cerebri--may need MRI if symptom is always consistent.
