Yes: Be honest with yourself, WHY do you want to quit or are you doing it to please others? Figure out your triggers and work on them. If you have a lot of issues seek counseling. Make a list of 30 benefits if U quit & just as many things that will be bad for you. You are intelligent you know all these things
