Usually a virus: Often these sx occur together when you have a viral illness. Influenza causes GI symptoms more often than most other resp viruses, but also causes a high fever more often, and you didn't mention fever. With a viral illness, the symptoms should evolve quickly and resolve in a few days. See your doctor if you get a high fever, can't breathe or can't start keeping clear liquids down in 8-12 hours.
