Can't tell from here: Here on healthtap, we don't know what your blood pressure is. For this kind of help you need to see your own physician, and let him or her take your BP and examine you. Age 26 is quite young to manifest hypertension, but it can happen. Also, certain drugs can cause it. Good luck to you.

Your question is?: Normal blood pressure is 120/80. If your top number (systolic) is greater than 120 and/or the bottom number (diastolic) is greater than 80- that's high blood pressure. That is called hypertension. What's the confusion?
