No: Asa (asprin) and asa products themselves inhibit platelets from clotting blood, which is why you take them ( aspin that is). When you have a heart attack. Nsaids do very little with clotting. Or evein vasodition by degree, and i can thing of no mecinsim that decreases blood pressure but it will in fact make you blood pressure higher from the effect they have on the kidney, hope was helpful.
