My blood pressure has been going low for quite some time, it makes me nauseas, confused and dizzy. today 92/60, i cant remember half of the day because of it. what are some issues that could be causing this in a young woman?

Your BP isn't necessarily low for a young women, but if it's causing lightheadedness or fatigue it's problematic. I assume you're not taking any medications that could lower your BP, not pregnant & have no known heart pathology. . I would like to know your average resting heart rate, presence or absence of anemia, thyroid status & results of a complete metabolic profile blood test. See your MD
