Yes: In a person with hypertension, the reason blood pressure comes down to normal is because of taking the medication(s) regularly and as prescribed. If you don't take your meds your blood pressure would be higher on those days. If your blood pressure drops too low i.e. Below 90/60 and have symptoms such as dizziness, inform your doctor to consider decreasing your dose.
