Need to lose 20 kg: Your current BMI (Body Mass Index) is 30.2, which puts you into class I obesity. You are at increased risk for developing hypertension and diabetes. You should cut down 500 calories /day to lose 1 lb or 1/2 kg/week. Please check out my weight loss check list. You need to know how many calories are you taking every day.
