Weight loss: You need to start by making sure you get regular cardiovascular activity, at least 30 minutes most days of the week. You also need to cut down on your calorie intake, watch your portion sizes, cut down carbs, refined sugars, fats, alcohol. Increase fruits, vegetables, protein. Talk to a nutritionist. Take care!
