I am 34&2,dilated to 1,my cervix is low and soft.while reclined back im feeling a tearing sensation in my vagina. do i need to go to hospital tonight?

When in doubt: go in and get checked. If it is just a tearing sensation (and no contractions, pressure, leakage of fluids/blood or discharge) it is unlikely labor, but anything is possible. I would have your cervix checked again and soon. Best of luck!
