How do i burn the fat in my stomach?

Burn everywhere: It is hard to specifically burn belly fat alone. You must eat fewer calories, forcing your body to burn fat storage all over your body. Belly tone and abdominal muscles can help tight belly muscles. Sugars and alcohol seem to deposit heavily in belly fat. It is a steady battle. Great that you are asking.

That's a Tall Order.: There's no such thing as natural spot fat loss. You need to lose weight in general ; a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.
