Everywhere: Generally, jogging burns fat everywhere as does most aerobic exercise. The body burns the fat stored on your body in general and doesn't remove it from a particular place. Weight training certain areas can help with fat loss in those areas as muscle increases in size.

All over: Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general a certain amt will probably be abdominal fat. However, we don't get to chose what area of the body the fat is lost from. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed.
