Does children also get teeth cavities or only adults get teeth cavities?

Both: The presence of teeth at any age is the only requirement for cavities to be possible.

Yes definitely: The same rule applies for children's teeth as well as adults. You have to floss, brush gently at the gum lines, and use mouth rinse to prevent cavities from forming on your child's teeth. Children usually get much more cavities than adult when given the responsibility of cleaning their own teeth every night and morning. Children usually do not brush carefully as the adults can for them.

Both: And because of anatomic differences between baby and adult teeth, cavities spread and advance faster in baby teeth than adult teeth. Standard of care is that ALL children have initial dental examination no later than 1st b'day, l and initial orthodontic examination no later than 7th b'day.
