MS: Fatigue is common. Insomnia could be secondary to mood changes or pain/discomfort, or medications.

Yes: Although patients with multiple sclerosis usually feels tired , having chronic pain , urinary and bowel incontinence can affect their sleep.

Very: For some, it is like the night and day are reversed. Fatigue during the day and more awake at night. Certainly things like pai, muscle spasms and frequent urination can keep you awake. Sometimes, one just can't sleep. I deal with this with my ms.
