Not directly: It is interesting that i see a lot of B12 deficiency in people with migraines. At the same time, i see a lot of B12 deficiency in general.

Could be a migraine.: Migraines do not have to cause just a bad headache...They can cause many abnormal symptoms. Still, you should see your doctor.

When i get my breathing and try to relax myself so about 5-10mins..but ever since then if i panic or stress or whatever it comess back again
