Pain is common: Around 90% of MS pts experience chronic pain of a variety of sorts, but always prudent to make certain that some additional co-morbidity is not the culprit. We use different interventions for the different pain patterns, and there is no one drug that fits all. My most frequent drug appears to be Lyrica, (pregabalin) but have had some success with oxcarbezine.
